The conditional refunds and refunds are present because we genuinely want to provide you with an option to return the product. We want every consumer of ours to get a full fledged version of our product. Breaking the seal often destroys product quality and also
hampers the customer experience. herbal products, when opened, have their shelf lives
reduced since it is a natural product. These products are made with quality, and we can’t
afford to sell it again, once used. They follow an individual’s unique constitution and
condition, they cannot be repurposed or reused for another person. Unlike standardised
products, these products cannot be restocked or reused once prepared for a specific
purpose.


However, since we wanted to cater to the needs of our consumers, we have provided
an option to return the product, provided that its seal is not broken. Relevant pictures and
snapshots can make it easier for us to complete the returning procedure and they can also
solve your problem.
We humbly apologize for placing a rigid condition, but it, in turn, benefits every consumer and
